Animal Sanctuary
Dreamweaver Lane is a not-for-profit volunteer-based animal welfare organization dedicated to caring for animals in Armstrong, MB, Canada.
By working with a network of volunteer advocates, foster caregivers, local veterinarians, trainers and shelters. Dreamweaver Lane will provide these animals with care and temporary homes until we can place them into their permanent homes.
We also serve as a resource to our community by providing information on pet ownership, including resources for spay/neuter, positive behavior training, nutrition and veterinary care.
We believe that no animal should be mistreated and are working towards the day when no companion animal is euthanized for lack of a home.

From item donations, to food, Amazon items, monetary donations and more, there are many ways you can help us to continue to provide sanctuary for companion and farm animals.

Surrender An Animal
Dreamweaver Lane may be able to take in animals in need. This depends on our current residents and their needs. Please contact us to see if it's a good fit.
**Please note. We are unfortunately NOT set up to be able to provide care for aggressive animals. If the animal you are surrendering has aggressive behaviour, we cannot accept them.**

Adopt An Animal.
We believe in the Open Adoptions Method. We have a few policies for adopters, but look to find great matches for both our pets and potential adopters. We believe in treating each adopter and adoption on an individual basis.

I had the opportunity to visit Susan and all the animals at Dreamweaver Lane in the summer of 2021. The horses exuded a calmness, proving they are content in their setting. She works hard to create a serene farm setting with chickens free running, cats chasing one another and bountiful garden.
I look forward to visiting again to see all the new horses she has rescued to live a rich, fulfilling life.
